Our Daddy:)

I was standing in the kitchen yesterday packing a lunch to take to the pool when Dane taped me on the back to get my attention. When I turned around he said "Look, I'm Daddy. I have his glasses, his Bible and his golf ball." Brock quickly piped in and said, "No. If you want to be Daddy, you have to be reading your Bible."
I was so proud of my husband at that point. I get up at 5 to go to the gym and MANY mornings as I tiptoe down the stairs I'm greeted by the sight of my husband sitting in his chair in our living room, reading glasses on, reading his Bible. Usually around 6ish, our two oldest boys head down the stairs - also to be greeted by Daddy sitting in his chair, with his glasses on, reading his Bible. What an awesome example this is for our kids - especially our boys who too will probably grow up to marry and have families - and too have the incredible responsibility to be the spiritual leader of the home. I'm so thankful for my husbands heart, his desire to be in God's will, and to lead us accordingly. I LOVE you honey, and I am so proud and thankful for you.

Dane's last day of school

We are so proud of Dane - he is doing so well in preschool and he has learned so so so much. He was awarded with Most Improved:) As you can see, we all crashed his end of year party:)

Dress Up

We spend a lot of time in costumes around my house. Briley couldn't decide if she wanted to be a race car driver or a pirate - and the glasses.... well you just can't dress up at all unless you have shades too:)

Weekend Workout

During the week, Bobby and I take turns getting up and going to the gym. On the weekends, we head to the high school as a family with some friends and do a "family workout". The kids LOVE it. While Bobby and I do Crossfit, the kiddos run wild in the center of the field with bubbles and balls and games, and even join in with us on a few laps, sit ups and push ups. This is a quick pic of the kiddos post work out:)

He MUST be a Prodigy:)

Look who's playing the piano at just 8 months:)

Last Day of School

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?!?!?! Today was Brock's last day of kindergarten. They had a fun field day, with tons of games and ice cream - I'll have pictures to come. I was too busy running a game to get pics, but another mom got some great ones and I'll share soon.
When we got home, the dogs thought his face painting was frosting:)

Team Party

Oh how I LOVE jumper parties:) My kids love them, they get great exercise and they come home exhausted:) This time we came home with a trophy too:) Brock is very proud - the boy LOVES baseball, and Dane can't wait to start playing next year too:)

T-BALL

This was Brock's last T-ball game... almost. He made the all-star team, so looks like we have one more game:)
