Mother's Day

My husband was a complete ROCK STAR this Mother's day. He Totally spoiled me. A few weeks ago he asked what I wanted, and I told him we really needed a new stroller. After three years with this double, and many accidents later, it was time to replace it. I showed him online what I was hoping for, and I was thrilled by the idea of getting a new one for Mother's day. However, he didn't stop there. He had each of the kids get me a new pair of shoes. First, new work out shoes - which is my way of survival (when I'm not pregnant). I really do love working out, even if it's just in the family room floor while my kids climb all over me, and my old work out shoes where getting pretty pathetic. The ones he picked out are soo cute too (pink and gray). Then, he got me a new pair of reef flip-flops with arch support. I live in flip-flops, and last week at church I feel - I was in 4 inch heels (I was still trying to look sexy even 5 months pregnant). However, I was carrying Briley, and the diaper bag, and my ankle rolled and down I went. I held Briley, so I couldn't block my fall with my hands, and my knees took the brunt of it. I think it scared my husband pretty bad - so no more heels for me:( Anyways, the third pair was a new pair of Ugg slippers. The best part of these though, was his surprise present that went with them....

He had a hospital gown made for me to match! That's right, he went and bought zebra and pink fabric all by himself, he took it to my seamstress, and had her make me a hospital gown for when Canaan is born. He even had her make a matching scrunchie!! Of course I cried:) He made sure it had velcro shoulders and all so I could nurse easily in the hospital!!

How in the heck am I ever going to come up with something that is even close to as sweet for Father's Day?!?!?
