On Sunday, we dedicated Briley to the Lord. Our pastor asked us to share a verse that was significant to us for our kids, and we chose Matthew 5 :16 - "In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." We chose this, because each night as we are putting the kids to bed, and praying with them, I always pray that God will use each of their lives in a mighty and powerful way for Him, and that they will be lights to their generation for the Lord. I feel so blessed to get to be a mom, and I feel an enormous responsibility not just for their physical, and emotional needs, but for their spiritual needs. I pray constantly, that God will help me be the mother that they need so they are able to fulfill God's ultimate and perfect plan for their lives.
After church, we went to lunch with family to celebrate the day, and Briley got a few special gifts. Thanks again everyone, for sharing this special time with us - we love you.

What a blessed day that was for Bri. She looked adorable. Love all the cute lil gifts everyone bought her. How fun for her to remember and treasure.
